Brief
The starting point
Hard re-segmentation. We dropped the bottom 60% of clients and rebuilt the brand around the top 40%.
We worked from a single principle: every output must compound. Identity feeds content, content feeds ads, ads feed identity. Nothing built in isolation.
Engagement isn't a vanity metric here. Every artifact has a job in the funnel, even when it's a single still life on a feed grid.
